Shipping Policy

SHIPPING ARTWORK

In our current times, shipping is expensive, but please understand that your painting is packed professionally by a local shipper who understands the value of original artwork. It's insured during the shipping process and handled by professionals who are experts in transporting artworks.

There are size limitations on what can be shipped through our shipping partners. Larger canvases will be reoved from the frame and shipped carefully rolled in a shipping tube. Upon receipt you will need to have hte canvas stretched onto a new frame at a quality framer. If you need support in finding a qualified framer pleas reach out via email.

OTHER PRODUCTS

As a domestic customer, you have choices in how you would like your items shipped: Standard Flat Rate Shipping, Express, or if your order qualifies Free Shipping. At the moment we are only fulfilling domestic orders. (If you live outside the contiguous United States, please contact me directly.) Generally if you order 2 or mre item from the same category shipping is free.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales on original paintings, original illustrations, and merchandise are final. That means once you buy it, it's yours forever, no take-backs!

Prints are a different story though. We've got a 7-day notification/correction policy for those. You have a whole week after you get your print to let us know if it's damaged or defective. And guess what? If it is, we'll send you a replacement once we receive the damaged or defective one. No questions asked!


To be eligible for a replacement:

1) your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2) you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a replacement request, you can contact us at skiphenrystudio@gmail.com.

When you send us a request for a replacement, we'll get back to you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please don't send anything back without talking to us first, or we won't be able to accept it. The replacement product should arrive within 2 weeks, but if it doesn't, just give us a shout, and we'll figure it out.

Damages and Shipping Issues

When you get your order, please give it a quick once-over. If anything's broken, damaged, or not what you ordered, let us know right away. We'll take a look and try to make things right. Just also know —the original artwork is insured while it's being shipped, so no worries there.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Heads up on a few things you can't return: one-of-a-kind artwork, custom-made on consignment or special orders, and personalized items. If you're not sure about something specific, feel free to reach out and ask.

 

Oh, and FYI, sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.

 

Exchanges
Just wanted to let you know that we don't do exchanges on original paintings, illustrations, merchandise, consignments, or any custom work. The only time we'll switch something out is if your print order comes damaged or flawed. For more details, check out the first paragraph of our return policy. 

 

Refunds
